Having an indoor play centre can sometimes be a challenge. There are many factors involved, from setting up, to food preparation and cleaning, plus making sure that the kids parties, playgroups and our customers are happy with the centre and service. As you know you can't please everybody, as much as we like to try! However, we also have a fun, fitness and fantasy guarantee policy, so always appreciate hearing from customers who visit our indoor play centre, who may have constructive feedback to offer as to how we can do things better.
Thankfully, at our recent Footy Friday monthly party, these three mum's were having a great time catching up and having coffee, whilst their kids played on our play centre equipment.
